APPLICATION TRAINING
Sotur’s agreement with most application development companies (i.e.: Aveva, InterGraph, etc.) is for them to be the primary providers of their standard application training. Sotur specializes is the development and presentation of specialized training courses to meet your unique application environment and project schedules. This often includes the creation of user and support documents, and project procedures. We are flexible with the implementation of our training strategy and have experience with:
Formal classes at your location or ours
Informal sessions for users and support personnel
Web Based training
The creation and delivery of video training sessions that the users can play at their discretion to refresh or enhance their knowledge when needed
DOCUMENTATION
The creation of proper documentation is important for any design application because they are used not only for the formal training, but also for the user’s reference after the training has been completed. This is often overlooked and can lead to problems with inconsistent processes being used on projects, user errors, and inefficient use of the applications themselves. Sotur can create full documentation for your users, support personnel, and project teams and this documentation can be developed for both existing and new technologies being used within your project.
